We use your information to:Facilitate game organization and player taggingSend SMS invites, check-in links, and remindersMaintain session history for your own use and future game planningWe do not use your information for marketing purposes or sell your data to third parties.

3. SMS Messaging (Game Invites + Session Updates Only)
We use SMS only to help you play — never to sell.
When you join a session or create one, organizers use RallyUp to send:• Game invites
• Join/reminder links
• Lineup/status updatesAll messages are sent by the organizer, are personal, one-to-one, and relevant to your sessions. No marketing. No spam.
RallyUp uses SMS for one-to-one, transactional messages only.

4. How We Protect Your Data
We use modern data practices and tools to secure your information. All data is stored in secure cloud environments with access controls in place.

5. Your Choices
You may opt out of RallyUp SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. This will disable text-based session invites and updates.If you'd like to delete your RallyUp data entirely, please email us at [email protected].

6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” above. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
